I'm not sure what size to get. What are the model's measurements?
All of our clothes run and fit true to size. If something does run smaller or larger, it will be in the product description. We also always tell you what size our model is wearing in the picture.
Can I come shop at the Turquoise Spur in person?

When will my order ship?
I love to receive my orders as soon as possible, so that's what I strive to do for you. I will make sure your items ship 1-3 business days after I receive your order.
I like to go play on the weekends, so I do not ship Saturday, Sundays, or on Holidays.
Where is my package?
If your tracking number says that your items have been delivered, but are nowhere to be found, contact your local post office.
If your tracking number is not updating the location of your items, contact your local post office. They can help you track down that package!
Make sure you check your order information to make sure you entered the correct shipping information.
My order is incorrect, or I'm missing an item.
Crap! My sincerest apologies! Let's get this fixed. If your order arrives and is incorrect, contact us through Facebook or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days of receiving your order. Please provide detailed information as to what is missing or incorrect, what you should have received, your contact information, and order number. I will make sure this mistake is taken care of as soon as possible.
I would like to exchange an item I received, how do I do that?
Due to limited supply and high demand, I recommend you first place a new order of the item(s) you want. I can't guarantee that the item(s) you want will still be in stock by the time I receive your return. Place a new order to ensure you get what you want, and send the item(s) you do not want in the original condition (please see our guidelines for returns).
- Time Frame: Items must be received back to The Turquoise Spur no later than 10 days from the date you received your order. Be sure to plan 5-7 days for transit time. Please use a tracking service when shipping back a return.
- Items must be returned in their original condition. They must not be altered in any way and must be in resalable condition. This includes, but is not limited to the following: makeup stains from trying on items, perfumes, animal hair/scent, cigarette smoke, obvious wear, mildew scent, etc.
- Shipping charges on return items are non-refundable. Some exceptions do apply and are refunded at our discretion.
- If the item(s) returned are unable to be resold in their returned condition we reserve the right to send the items back to you.
- Sale/clearance items, leggings, jewelry, and accessories are final and cannot be returned. No exceptions.
- Defective Items: If you believe you received a defective item you must notify us by email or Facebook within three days of the delivery confirmation date, otherwise it is considered wear and tear. No exceptions.
- Refund Type: Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
- Overview: Please read our policies carefully. Returns sent in that do not meet the above criteria are subject to being shipped back to you.
- Please be sure to use a tracking service when shipping back a return. We are not responsible for lost packages when shipping back a return.
Please include your packing slip with your return. When returning an item with your packing slip, please mark the items you're returning and include the reason for return. If you no longer have your packing slip, please include a note with the following information:
Name, E-Mail, Order Number, Item(s) Description, Reason for Return. If you do not include one of these with your return, it will delay your refund.
